The Welsh Festival of Cycling 2004 - 23/07/2004 - 26/07/2004

The Festival this year will take place in the beautiful lakeside town of Bala.

The town sits at the northern edge of Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake), which is the largest natural lake in Wales, and the surrounding spectacular countryside is ideal for cycling, whether you are a novice, a returning cyclist or a long distance expert.

Families with children are not forgotten either with short flattish routes available on quiet lanes.
The Festival will be based right near the lake shore at Bala Rugby Club, where there is camping with toilets and hot showers.

Registration costs 10.00 per adult (accompanied under 14s are free) and covers the cost of organising the event and researching the routes.

Location: Bala
